• Sunday, July 12, through Thursday, July 23, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:  The contractor will have rotating southbound and northbound lane closures from Mills Street to Parkway as needed for sidewalk work.

• Sunday, July 12 to Friday, July 17, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect intermittent single-lane closures in the outside lanes of northbound and southbound S.R. 436 between Lake Howell Road and the Orange County Line. These closures are necessary for crews to perform milling and paving work.

• Monday, July 13 to Friday, July 17, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect alternating single-lane closures in both directions of S.R. 436, between South Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441), and the Seminole County Line. These closures are necessary for crews to install signal loops at the intersections with Sheeler Avenue, South Thompson Avenue, Semoran Commerce/McVilla Avenue, and Piedmont Wekiwa Road/Wekiwa Springs Road.

There will also be northbound single-lane closures on SW 60th Avenue.

  These closures are needed for drilled shaft installation.

Rowland Drive and Payne Way. These closures are necessary for crews to perform roadway paving work.

• Overnight Closures Tuesday, July 14 through Thursday, July 16, from 9 p.m. To 7 a.m.: Motorists are advised that the southbound Interstate 95 (I-95) off-ramp to U.S. 1 is closed to allow for the demolition of the existing median and paving operations. 

  Overnight Closures Sunday, July 19 through Monday July 20, from 9 p.m. To 7 a.m.: Motorists are advised that the southbound Interstate 95 (I-95) off-ramp to U.S. 1 is closed to allow for the demolition of the existing median and paving operations. 

  Detour information: Motorists heading southbound on I-95 wishing to reach U.S. 1 should take Exit 278 to access Old Dixie Highway and keep right to travel west on Old Dixie Highway. Continue west on Old Dixie Highway for approximately 2.3 miles. At the roundabout, take the third exit to access southbound U.S. 1. Continue south on U.S. 1 for approximately 6.3 miles to reach the I-95 interchange.
