Lane Closures

View project: U.S. 192 from Bamboo Lane to Main Street

• Tuesday, August 11, through Thursday, August 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Motorists can expect daytime single lane closures on westbound U.S. 192 from Hollywood Street to Thacker Boulevard for sidewalk installation. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

  Please be advised that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will implement overnight lane closures on State Road (S.R.) A1A at Camino Del Mar (Yacht Harbor Drive) in Flagler County. These closures are scheduled nightly from Monday, August 10, through Thursday, August 13, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

  During this work, one lane of S.R. A1A at the Camino Del Mar intersection will remain open while flaggers direct alternating traffic. The Yacht Harbor Village entrance will remain open and will also be controlled by flaggers.

  These closures are necessary to support traffic signal installation work. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area and should anticipate delays of approximately 5 to 10 minutes, depending on traffic volumes. Please plan accordingly and use caution while traveling through the area.

   

• Tuesday, August 11 through Wednesday, August 12, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect and double-lane closures southbound Interstate 95 (I-95), between S.R. 520 (Exit 201) and S.R. 519 (Exit 195).

  These closures are needed for installation of test striping.

• Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 14, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect inside lane closures northbound and southbound Clearlake Road (S.R. 501) from Michigan Avenue to Rosa Street. 

  These closures are needed for landscaping work.

View project: S.R. 401 from S.R. 528 to Canaveral Space Force Station

• Sunday, August 9 through Thursday, August 13, from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m.: Motorists can expect alternating single lane closures on northbound and southbound S.R. 401 from Charles M. Rowland Avenue to Payne Way. 

  These closures are necessary for paving operations.

View project: S.R. 423 from Kingswood Drive to Adanson Street

• Sunday, August 9 to Thursday, August 13, from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect intermittent single- and double-lane closures in the center and outside lanes of eastbound and westbound S.R. 423 (Lee Road) between Kingswood Drive and Adanson Street. These closures are necessary for crews to perform drainage structure installation.

• Sunday, August 9 through Thursday, August 13, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect intermittent inside and outside lane closures on eastbound and westbound Pineda Causeway (S.R. 404) from U.S. 1 (S.R. 5) to S.R. A1A.

  These closures are needed for paving operations.

• Sunday, August 9 to Thursday, August 13, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect intermittent single-lane closures in the inside and outside lanes of northbound and southbound S.R. 436 between Lake Howell Road and Casselton Drive. These closures are necessary for crews to perform milling and paving work.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

• Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 14, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect intermittent single-lane closures in the right turn lanes of northbound and southbound S.R. 436 from Lake Howell Road to Winter Woods Boulevard. These closures are necessary for crews to perform concrete work.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

View project: S.R. 436 from U.S. 441 to Seminole County Line

• Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 14, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect alternating inside and outside single-lane closures in both directions of S.R. 436, between South Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441), and the Seminole County Line. These closures are necessary for crews to perform thermoplastic striping work along the corridor.

• Overnight on Sunday, Aug. 9, through overnight on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 7:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.: Motorists should be advised that there will be rotating northbound and southbound lane closures along U.S. 441, from Lakeshore Boulevard to Lake Eustis Drive, for pavement marking installation.

• Friday, August 7 to Friday, August 14 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Motorists can expect flagging operations on northbound and southbound State Road (S.R.) A1A just north of Granada Boulevard. These temporary traffic operations are necessary for the contractor to complete concrete curb and gutter installation, clearing and grubbing, sidewalk work, and roadway widening.

• Friday, August 7 to Friday, August 14 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.: Motorists can expect inside and outside single lane closures on northbound and southbound State Road (S.R.) A1A from East International Speedway Boulevard to Milsap Road for concrete removal, curb installation, midblock construction, and utilities.

• Sunday August 9 to Thursday, August 13 from 8:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect outside and inside single lane closures on westbound and eastbound State Road 430 (Mason Avenue) from Clyde Morris Blvd to east of Beach Street to allow for concrete sidewalk work and signalization.

These closures are needed for paving activities.

• Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect single outside lane closures northbound and southbound South Patrick Drive (S.R. 513) from Eau Gallie Boulevard (S.R. 518) to Cassia Boulevard. 

  These closures are needed for sidewalk reconstruction activities.

• Monday, August 10, to Friday, August 14, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect single lane closures on southbound State Road (S.R.) A1A from north of Wisteria Drive to Roberta Road for paving operations, curb, and concrete work.

• Monday, Aug. 10, through Friday, Aug. 14, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Motorists are advised that there will be single-lane closures on U.S. 441 northbound and southbound from north of SE 178th Place in Summerfield to south of SE 62nd Avenue in Belleview for shoulder work.

• Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Garden Street (State Road (S.R.) 406)

  Sunday, August 9: The on-ramp from Garden Street to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Monday, August 10.

  • Motorists traveling on Garden Street who wish to access northbound I-95 should enter southbound I-95 from Garden Street and travel south to exit at Cheney Highway (S.R. 50) (Exit 215). From there, turn left onto eastbound Cheney Highway, immediately re-enter northbound I-95, and proceed north.

   

  Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at West Main Street  (S.R. 46)

  Tuesday, August 11: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to West Main Street (Exit 223) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday, August 12.

  • Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access West Main Street (Exit 223) should continue north on I-95 and exit at Deering Parkway (Exit 231). From there, turn left onto westbound Deering Parkway, immediately re-enter southbound I-95, and proceed to West Main Street (Exit 223).

• Sunday, Aug. 9, through Thursday, Aug. 13, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night: Motorists are advised that there will be nightly single-lane closures eastbound and westbound on S.R. 40 from NE 64th Avenue in Silver Springs to SE 196th Terrace Road at the Lake County line for milling and paving.
