Lane Closures

View project: I-95 from south of Malabar Road to north of Fiske Boulevard

• Sunday, April 12 through Tuesday, April 14, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists can expect inside single and double lane closures northbound S.R. I-95 from Pineda Causeway (Exit 188) to Viera Boulevard (Exit 193).

  These closures are needed for paving activities.

View project: I-95 from south of S.R. 50 to S.R. 46

• Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a right shoulder closure on the northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 (Exit 223). All exits will remain open at all times.

  These closures are needed for ramp widening work and restoration. The ramp will be temporarily reduced to 11 ft wide as this work takes place.

• Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a median shoulder closure on southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).

  These closures are needed for guardrail and ditch pavement work.

• Sunday, April 12 through Thursday, April 16, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect single and double lane closures southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215).

• Monday, April 13, to Friday, April 17, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Motorists can expect inside single lane closures on southbound State Road (S.R.) A1A from Frazar Road to Dunlawton Avenue to allow for paving operations.

View project: Eau Gallie Boulevard (S.R. 518) from Sarno Road to West of North Apollo Boulevard

• Sunday, April 12 through Thursday, April 16, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect intermittent inside and outside lane closures eastbound and westbound Eau Gallie Boulevard (S.R. 518) from Sarno Road to North Apollo Boulevard.

  These closures are needed for thermoplastic striping and signalization loop work.

View project: S.R. 40 from U.S. 441 to 25th Avenue

• Sunday, April 12, through Saturday, April 18, from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.: Motorists are advised that there will be northbound and southbound single-lane closures on South Pine Avenue (U.S. 441/U.S. 27/U.S. 301) near the intersection with State Road 40 for concrete removal and upgrades, drainage work, milling and resurfacing. There will also be eastbound and westbound single-lane closures on S.R. 40 from SW 2nd Avenue to South Pine Avenue for milling and resurfacing.

There will also be single-lane closures on southbound I-75 between S.R. 326 and S.R. 40 for excavation and embankment work.

• Tuesday, April 13, through Thursday, April 17, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should expect eastbound single lane closures on Clarcona Ocoee Road from Journal Avenue to U.S. 441 for installation work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Motorists should expect intermittent right lane closures on U.S. 192 from Old Melbourne Highway to Pine Grove Drive for concrete, sodding and sidewalk work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Motorists should expect intermittent eastbound and westbound flagging operations on S.R. 60 between Peavine Road and the Florida Scenic Trail Roadway for drainage installation. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Sunday, April 12, through Thursday, April 16, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists should expect intermittent eastbound and westbound flagging operations on S.R. 60 between Peavine Road and the Florida Scenic Trail Roadway for paving work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Sunday, April 12, through Thursday, April 16, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists can expect nighttime westbound and eastbound intermittent lane closures on U.S. 192 from Bamboo Lane to Main Street for signalization and paving operations. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Thursday, April 16, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists can expect nighttime westbound and eastbound intermittent lane closures on U.S. 192 from Bamboo Lane to Hoagland Boulevard for resurfacing operations. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.:  Motorists can expect inside single lane closures northbound and southbound S.R. A1A from Pineda Causeway (S.R. 404) to south of Sherry Lee Lane (36th Street).  

  These closures are needed for landscaping activities.

• Friday, April 10 to Friday, April 17 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Motorists can expect alternating single lane closures with flagging operations on northbound and southbound State Road (S.R.) A1A from north of Granada Boulevard to Hibiscus Drive for drainage installation, roadway widening, and sidewalk construction.

  FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

• Beginning Wednesday, February 18:The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will shift northbound and southbound traffic on State Road (S.R.) A1A between Brooks Drive and Hibiscus Drive in Ormond Beach to continue construction operations as part of the ongoing safety and resurfacing project.

  This transition is expected to begin as early as Wednesday, February 18, and remain in place for two months pending inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  The speed limit of 30 mph throughout the corridor will be maintained. Signage and barrels will be in place to guide motorists through the work zone.

  FDOT advises motorists to reduce speed, follow posted signage, and exercise extra caution in the work zone.

View project: S.R. 408 eastbound to I-4 eastbound Loop Ramp

• Beginning Friday, January 30 through Spring 2026, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Motorists should expect daily shoulder closures from the South Street exit to the S.R. 408 off-ramp for construction work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Sunday through Saturday, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: Starting in January until August, motorists can expect inside and outside single lane closures in the following locations:

  ·         U.S. 192 from Babcock Road to Riverside Place 

  ·         S.R. 528/S.R. A1A from S.R. 3 to George King Boulevard 

  ·         S.R. 520 from S.R. 3 to Milford Point Road 

  ·         Sarno Road from S.R. 518 to Wickham Road 

  ·         Eau Gallie Boulevard from east of Pineapple Avenue to South Patrick Drive 

  ·         U.S. 1 from U.S. 192 to Post Road 

  ·         U.S. 1 from Crane Creek Bridge to Strawbridge Avenue 

  ·         Port St. John Parkway over I-95 

  ·         U.S. 1 from Rocky Point to 1st Street

  ·         U.S. 1 from Park Avenue to Bellefonte Avenue 

  ·         S.R. 405/South Street from S.R. 50 to South Bobbi Lane

  These closures are necessary for crews to perform roadway striping work.

• Sunday, April 12, through Thursday, April 16, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should expect single lane closures on U.S. 441 north of Shrader Road for widening work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists should expect westbound single lane closures on Clarcona Ocoee Road from Pine Hills Road to Hiawassee Road for sidewalk work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists should expect southbound single lane closures on North Pine Hills Road from Clarcona Ocoee Road to Beggs Road for sidewalk work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Monday, April 13, through Friday, April 17, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists should expect northbound single lane closures on U.S. 441 from S.R. 414 to Beggs Road for trail work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.

• Tuesday, January 6 through April 2026, Continuous:  Motorists can expect continuous northbound lane closures on U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) from Beggs Road to north of the State Road (S.R.) 414 ramps. The closures will remain in place until April 2026, reducing this section of U.S. 441 to a single lane. Driveway access will not be impacted, and the closures are necessary to accommodate excavation, drilling operations, and water main installations.

  The construction schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• NO LANE CLOSURES SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEK (April 12 - April 17)

  Beginning Sunday, Oct. 5, from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists are advised that there will be northbound double lane closures on I-75 from County Road (C.R.) 462 to C.R. 484 for deep milling and paving. The closures will be recurring weekly Sundays through Thursdays through 2026.
