The entrance ramp onto northbound I-95 from eastbound LPGA Blvd will be closed on Tuesday, May 31, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for bridge repair. Traffic will be directed by electronic message boards and other signage during the ramp closure, and the following detour will be in place:
- Motorists traveling east on LPGA Boulevard who wish to access I-95 northbound will be directed to make a U turn at Outlet Boulevard/Technology Boulevard, then continue west on LPGA Boulevard to the I-95 northbound entrance ramp. Please click this link for a visual of the detour route.

The Interstate 95 (I-95) southbound off-ramp onto westbound State Road (S.R.) 44 at Exit 249B (Deland) in New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, will be closed on Tuesday, May 31, from 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for wrong way driving detection system testing. This work is part of a larger safety and roadway improvement project at the S.R. 44 and I-95 interchange. Traffic will be directed by electronic message boards and other signage during the ramp closure, and the following detour will be in place:
- Motorists on I-95 southbound wishing to access westbound S.R. 44 will be directed to take Exit 249A (New Smyrna Beach) onto eastbound S.R. 44, then make a U-Turn at Sugar Mill Drive onto westbound S.R. 44. Click this link for a map of the detour route.
The Interstate 95 (I-95) southbound off-ramp onto eastbound State Road (S.R.) 44 at Exit 249A (New Smyrna Beach) in New Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, will be closed on Wednesday, June 1, from 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for wrong way driving detection system testing and minor roadway striping. This work is part of a larger safety and roadway improvement project at the S.R. 44 and I-95 interchange. Traffic will be directed by electronic message boards and other signage during the ramp closure, and the following detour will be in place:
- Motorists on I-95 southbound wishing to access eastbound State Road 44 will be directed to continue south to Exit 244 (Edgewater/Oak Hill), turn left onto Indian River Boulevard (County Road 442), then take the next left onto I-95 northbound. From I-95 southbound, motorists can take Exit 249A to access eastbound State Road 44 toward coastal New Smyrna Beach or Exit 249B to access westbound State Road 44 toward Deland.
