About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is resurfacing Sand Lake Road (State Road (S.R.) 482) from Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441) to South Orange Avenue (S.R. 527) in Orlando.
Pedestrian curb ramps will be upgraded as needed to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The project will also update pavement markings and signage to improve visibility and overall roadway safety

Sunday, September 27, through Thursday, October 1, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect intermittent nighttime single- and double-lane closures and flagging operations on Sand Lake Road from Orange Blossom Trail to Orange Avenue for paving work. FDOT encourages the traveling public to drive, walk, and ride with caution and courtesy.
