About
The purpose of the project is to replace the northbound and southbound U.S. 1 (State Road (S.R.) 5) bridges over Pellicer Creek at the Flagler/St. Johns County line.
The Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study was completed in February 2025. The final PD&E Study document is provided below. The project is currently in the design phase.
