The purpose of this project is to maintain the existing roadway by milling and resurfacing the section of State Road (S.R.) 513 from S.R. 518 to the Patrick Space Force Base in the cities of Indian Harbour Beach and Satellite Beach. Work will also include striping to provide buffered bicycle lanes, and reconstructing some curbs, as well as upgrading pedestrian curb ramps, to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
