About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is resurfacing approximately 9.7 miles of northbound and southbound Interstate 95 (I-95) from south of State Road (S.R.) 50 to S.R. 46 in Titusville and Mims. The project also includes resurfacing the I-95 ramps at the S.R. 50, S.R. 406 and S.R. 46 interchanges.
The northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 is being widened to extend the existing right-turn lane, facilitating smoother traffic flow. Additional improvements include upgraded ramp lighting, refreshed roadway signs and pavement markings, and enhanced traffic management technology to improve safety and travel through the area.

Lane Closures

Monday, September 28 through Friday, October 2, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a right shoulder closure on the northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 (Exit 223), as well as closures on the northbound and southbound inside shoulders. All exits will remain open at all times.
These closures are needed for ramp widening work and restoration. The ramp will be temporarily reduced to 11 ft wide as this work takes place. The daytime shoulder closures are necessary for guardrail and ditch pavement work.
FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

Sunday, September 27 through Thursday, October 1, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect single and double lane closures and shoulder closures on southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215) and from I-95 northbound to Addison Canal.
These closures are needed for paving activities.

Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Garden Street (State Road (S.R.) 406)
Monday, September 28: The off-ramp from southbound I-95 to S.R. 406 (Exit 220) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Tuesday, September 29.
- Motorists traveling southbound on I-95 who wish to access S.R. 406 (Exit 220) should continue south on I-95 and exit at S.R. 50 (Exit 215). From there, turn left onto eastbound S.R. 50, immediately re-enter northbound I-95, and proceed to S.R. 406 (Exit 220).
