About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is resurfacing approximately 9.7 miles of northbound and southbound Interstate 95 (I-95) from south of State Road (S.R.) 50 to S.R. 46 in Titusville and Mims. The project also includes resurfacing the I-95 ramps at the S.R. 50, S.R. 406 and S.R. 46 interchanges.
The northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 is being widened to extend the existing right-turn lane, facilitating smoother traffic flow. Additional improvements include upgraded ramp lighting, refreshed roadway signs and pavement markings, and enhanced traffic management technology to improve safety and travel through the area.

Lane Closures

Monday, October 12 through Friday, October 16, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Motorists can expect a right shoulder closure on the northbound I-95 exit ramp to S.R. 46 (Exit 223), as well as closures on the northbound and southbound inside shoulders. All exits will remain open at all times.
These closures are needed for ramp widening work and restoration. The ramp will be temporarily reduced to 11 ft wide as this work takes place. The daytime shoulder closures are necessary for guardrail and ditch pavement work.

Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at S.R. 46 (West Main Street)
Wednesday, October 14: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to S.R. 46 (Exit 223) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, October 15.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access S.R. 46 (Exit 223) should continue north on I-95 and exit at Deering Parkway (Exit 231). From there, turn left onto westbound Deering Parkway, immediately re-enter southbound I-95, and proceed to S.R. 46 (Exit 223).
Thursday, October 15: The on-ramp from S.R. 46 to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Friday, October 16.
- Motorists traveling on S.R. 46 who wish to access northbound I-95 should enter southbound I-95 from S.R. 46 and travel south to exit at S.R. 406 (Garden Street) (Exit 220). From there, turn left onto eastbound S.R. 406 and proceed east to the northbound I-95 on-ramp.

Sunday, October 11 through Thursday, October 15, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect single and double lane closures and shoulder closures on southbound and northbound I-95 from S.R. 46 (Exit 223) to S.R. 50 (Exit 215) and from I-95 northbound to Addison Canal.
These closures are needed for paving activities.
