About

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is implementing improvements at the intersection of Fiske Boulevard (State Road (S.R.) 519) and Levitt Parkway/Lakemoor Boulevard in Rockledge. Crews will be installing new traffic signals that provide left-turn access for northbound and southbound Fiske Boulevard.

Pedestrian enhancements include installing new eastbound/westbound crosswalks across Fiske Boulevard and pedestrian crossing signals at all four crosswalks. Pedestrian ramps will also be installed at the new crosswalks to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Short sidewalk connections will be constructed along Lakemoor Boulevard.

This project is being constructed with another project that will implement safety improvements on Fiske Boulevard from Barbara Jenkins Street to King Street (S.R. 520) in Cocoa (FPID No. 451310-1).
