Sunday, August 2 through Thursday, August 6, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.: Motorists can expect alternating middle and outside single- and double-lane closures on northbound I-95 from Malabar Road (Exit 173) to Fiske Boulevard (Exit 195).
These closures are needed for paving activities.
FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!
Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Wickham Road
Sunday, August 2: The on-ramp from Wickham Road to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Monday, August 3.
- Motorists traveling eastbound on Wickham Road who wish to access northbound I-95 should continue east on Wickham Road, turn left onto northbound Murrell Road, turn left onto westbound Viera Boulevard, and continue west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
- Motorists traveling westbound on Wickham Road who wish to access northbound I-95 should continue west on Wickham Road, turn right onto northbound Lake Andrew Drive, turn right onto eastbound Viera Boulevard, and continue east to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Palm Bay Road
Sunday, August 2, through Monday, August 3: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Palm Bay Road (Exit 176) will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, concluding on Tuesday morning, August 4.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access Palm Bay Road should continue north and exit at U.S. 192 (Exit 180). From there, turn left onto westbound U.S. 192 and proceed to the southbound I-95 on-ramp. Proceed south to Palm Bay Road (Exit 176).
Tuesday, August 4, through Wednesday, August 5: The on-ramp from Palm Bay Road to northbound I-95 will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, concluding on Thursday morning, August 6.
- Motorists traveling eastbound on Palm Bay Road who wish to access northbound I-95 should turn onto northbound Hollywood Boulevard from Palm Bay Road. From there, turn left onto westbound U.S. 192 and proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
- Motorists traveling westbound on Palm Bay Road who wish to access northbound I-95 should turn onto northbound Minton Road from Palm Bay Road. From there, turn left onto westbound U.S. 192 and proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.

Monday, August 3: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Viera Boulevard (Exit 193) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Tuesday, August 4.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access Viera Boulevard (Exit 193) should continue north and exit at Fiske Boulevard (S.R. 519) (Exit 195). From there, proceed south on Fiske Boulevard, turn left onto the southbound I-95 on-ramp, and travel south on I-95 to Viera Boulevard (Exit 193).
Tuesday, August 4: The on-ramp from Viera Boulevard to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Wednesday, August 5.
- Motorists traveling eastbound on Viera Boulevard who wish to access northbound I-95 should turn onto northbound Murrell Road from Viera Boulevard. From there, turn left onto westbound Barnes Boulevard and proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
- Motorists traveling westbound on Viera Boulevard who wish to access northbound I-95 should turn onto northbound Stadium Parkway from Viera Boulevard. From there, turn left onto westbound Barnes Boulevard and proceed west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at Fiske Boulevard
Wednesday, August 5: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to Fiske Boulevard (Exit 195) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, August 6.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access Fiske Boulevard (Exit 195) should take the prior exit for Viera Boulevard (Exit 193), turn left onto westbound Viera Boulevard, turn right onto northbound Stadium Parkway, and continue north as Stadium Parkway becomes Fiske Boulevard.
Thursday, August 6: The on-ramp from Fiske Boulevard to northbound I-95 will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Friday, August 7.
- Motorists who wish to access northbound I-95 from Fiske Boulevard should continue north on Fiske Boulevard, turn left onto westbound West King Street, and continue west to access the northbound I-95 on-ramp.
Overnight Ramp Closures at I-95 Interchange at U.S. 192
Thursday, August 6: The off-ramp from northbound I-95 to U.S. 192 (Exit 180) will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, Friday, August 7.
- Motorists traveling northbound on I-95 who wish to access U.S. 192 should continue north to Ellis Road (Exit 182). From there, turn left onto westbound Ellis Road and proceed to the southbound I-95 on-ramp. Travel south on I-95 to U.S. 192 (Exit 180).

Traffic Advisory: Traffic Shift Planned for South Patrick Drive at Banana River Drive Starting August 2
Motorists are advised that a traffic shift will be implemented on South Patrick Drive (State Road (S.R.) 513) at Banana River Drive, between Pine Tree Drive and Indrio Boulevard, beginning as early as Sunday, August 2.
This traffic shift is expected to remain in place for approximately three months as the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) performs utility work. This work is part of FDOT’s resurfacing project on South Patrick Drive from Eau Gallie Boulevard (S.R. 518) to Patrick Space Force Base.
As part of the shift, traffic traveling northbound on South Patrick Drive will be redirected to travel on the southbound side of the roadway, with one lane maintained in each direction.
Access from South Patrick Drive to eastbound Banana River Drive will be closed for the duration of this traffic configuration.
- Motorists wishing to access eastbound Banana River Drive from South Patrick Drive are advised to use eastbound Eau Gallie Boulevard (south of Banana River Drive) or eastbound Desoto Parkway (north of Banana River Drive) to access S.R. A1A as an alternate north-south route to navigate around the work zone.
Access from Banana River Drive west across South Patrick Drive will also be unavailable.
- Motorists on Banana River Drive east of South Patrick Drive are advised to use S.R. A1A to access westbound Eau Gallie Boulevard to the south or westbound Desoto Parkway to the north to travel to South Patrick Drive.

Periodic single-lane closures outside of the traffic shift location will occur during both daytime and nighttime hours. The speed limit will remain 40 mph throughout the corridor.
FDOT advises motorists to reduce their speed, follow posted signage, and exercise extra caution in the work zone. Construction schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
