About

The purpose of this project is to enhance pedestrian safety in the Town of Beverly Beach. The project will construct a raised center median beginning just south of the Beverly Beach Town Hall and continuing north to Luta Lane. The median will provide openings at designated driveways, and there will be a new left turn lane from northbound State Road A1A to Surfside Estates. The project also will improve the mid-block crossing near the Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort. New pedestrian lighting, sidewalk reconstruction and the addition of about 465 feet of new sidewalk are proposed. Parking near the Beverly Beach Town Hall and beach access will remain.
