About
The Florida Department of Transportation is resurfacing all lanes of I-95, including on and off ramps, from north of Palm Coast Parkway to the St. Johns County line. This project goes with 438003-2, extending the project limits in Flagler County from the Volusia County line to the St. Johns County line.
Work also will include guardrail, shoulder improvements, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), pier protection and emergency U-turns.
