About
The Florida Department of Transportation is resurfacing all lanes of I-95, including on and off ramps, from north of Palm Coast Parkway to the St. Johns County line. This project goes with 438003-1, extending the project limits in Flagler County from the Volusia County line to the St. Johns County line. Work also will include guardrail, shoulder improvements, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), pier protection and emergency U-turns.

Lane Closures
  • The Southbound I-95 off-ramp to Palm Coast Parkway will be closed, Monday, October 26, and Tuesday, October 27 from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., for paving operations.  Detour information below. 

    • Motorist on southbound I-95 wishing to access Palm Coast Parkway will need to take exit 293 Matanzas Woods Parkway and turn left, and then take a right onto Old Kings Road and follow to Palm Coast Parkway. 

    The Northbound I-95 on-ramp from Palm Coast Parkway will be closed, Wednesday, October 28, and Thursday, October 29 from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. Detour information below. 

    • Motorist on eastbound Palm Coast Parkway wishing to access northbound I-95 will need to continue past I-95 and turn left onto Old Kings Road, and left on to Matanzas Woods Parkway to northbound I-95. 
    • Motorist on westbound Palm Coast Parkway wishing to access northbound I-95 will need to turn left onto Old Kings Road, and left on to Matanzas Woods Parkway to northbound I-95. 

    The Southbound I-95 on-ramp from Palm Coast Parkway will be closed, Friday, October 30, from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. Detour information below. 

    • Motorists on Palm Coast Parkway wishing to access southbound I-95 will need to take southbound Old Kings Road to S.R. 100 (Moody Boulevard) and turn right to access southbound I-95.
