About

The purpose of this project is to resurface Interstate 75 ( I-75) from the Sumter County line to State Road (S.R.) 200. In addition, the existing median crossovers will be reconstructed, the guardrail will be updated and added where necessary. Minor drainage work will also take place.

Lane Closures
  • Sunday, September 15, through Friday, September 20, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should be advised that periodic northbound and southbound closures will occur as friction course is added to various lanes.

  • Monday, September 16, through Friday, September 20, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should be advised that there will be overnight closures of the I-75 northbound on ramp to Interstate 75 for barrier and signal pole removal.

    Detour information: Motorists traveling on I-75 northbound wishing to exit at C.R. 484 (Exit 341) should continue north on I-75, exit at State Road (S.R.) 200 (Exit 350), turn left on S.R. 200, turn left to enter the on ramp to I-75 southbound, and exit at C.R. 484 (Exit 341).
