About

The purpose of the project is to improve safety and traffic flow. Improvements include additional turn lanes and turn lane extensions at both the County Road (C.R.) 484 and Interstate 75 (I-75) interchange and the C.R. 484 and C.R. 475A intersection, reconstruction of the westbound through lanes, and modification of the existing I-75 bridge to accommodate the widening.

The project will also improve bicycle lane and pedestrian sidewalk connectivity through the project limits. Modifications to the existing median will be required for the roadway improvements.

Lane Closures
  • Sunday, April 21, through Friday, April 26, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should expect an overnight westbound outside lane closure on C.R. 484 within the project limits and a traffic shift on C.R. 475A north of C.R. 484. Work will consist of widening, drainage, and concrete work. Please reduce your speed and exercise caution throughout the construction zone.
