Beginning Sunday, February 22: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting routine bridge work on Interstate 4 (I-4) at Orange Boulevard in Seminole County and from south of Dirksen Drive/Debary Avenue to Saxon Boulevard in Volusia County. Intermittent eastbound and westbound single-lane and double-lane closures will be necessary to facilitate this work. Please see the lane closure schedule from FDOT below:
Sunday, February 22, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Westbound and eastbound I-4 bridge over Dirksen Drive: Lane closures will occur in the far-left lanes.
Monday, February 23, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Westbound and eastbound I-4 bridge over Dirksen Drive: Lane closures will occur in the far-right lane.
Tuesday, February 24, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Eastbound I-4 bridge over Orange Boulevard: Lane closures will occur in the far-right lane.
Wednesday, February 25, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Eastbound I-4 bridge over Orange Boulevard: Lane closures will occur in the far-left lanes.
Thursday, February 26, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Westbound I-4 bridge over Dirksen Drive: Lane closures will occur in the far-right lane.
Friday, February 27, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.:
- Westbound I-4 bridge over Dirksen Drive: Lane closures will occur in the far-left lanes.
This work is being conducted as part of the I-4 Bridge Rehabilitation project to smooth bridge approaches. The work schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances
