992601-1 S.R. 19 at Cherry Lake Road - New Signal, No Peds, RISA lighting

The project at the intersection of State Road (S.R.) 19 at Cherry Lake Road in Lake County is intended to improve overall safety and traffic operations. A traffic services study conducted by the Department determined that a new traffic signal is warranted at this location.

As part of the Traffic Operations Pushbutton Program, the project includes the installation of a new traffic signal. Pedestrian signals are not included in this scope. Additional improvements involve the installation of RISA lighting within the intersection area to support the new infrastructure.
