The project at the intersection of State Road (S.R.) 35 at SE 38th Street in Marion County is designed to improve overall safety and traffic operations. A traffic services study conducted by the Department determined that a new traffic signal is warranted at this location.

As part of the Traffic Operations Pushbutton Program, the project includes the installation of a new signal. Additional improvements will include enhanced pedestrian crossings and upgraded intersection lighting to improve visibility and safety within the intersection area.
