The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study to evaluate improvements to State Road (S.R.) 19 from S.R. 50 to County Road (C.R.) 455 in Lake County, a distance of 9.4 miles. The purpose of this project is to address future travel demand and enhance safety. The improvements being evaluated by this PD&E Study include widening the existing roadway from two to four lanes.
