About
The project involves making improvements to the State Road (S.R.) 492 (Bonnie Heath Boulevard) bridge over the C.S.X. Railroad in Marion County. Work includes concrete repair, joint rehabilitation, and applying an epoxy overlay to the bridge deck. The epoxy overlay is a type of coating that seals the concrete surface, which helps to prolong the life of the bridge. The overlay also increases friction on the traveling surface, making it safer for motorists.

Wednesday, April 17, through Saturday, April 27, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.: Motorists should expect overnight intermittent eastbound and westbound lane closures along S.R. 492 (Bonnie Heath Boulevard) between Northeast Osceola Avenue and Northeast 8th Avenue for bridge maintenance. Please reduce your speed, alertly merge into the open lane and cautiously bypass the construction zone.
