About
This project plans to resurface State Road (S.R.) A1A from South 8th Street to North 18th Street in Flagler Beach to extend the life of the existing roadway. Pedestrian improvements are planned, including the potential for upgrading some existing midblock crossings to have Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons (PHBs).
Reconstruction of pedestrian curb ramps to comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards is included.
