About

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study for LPGA Boulevard from U.S. 92 (State Road (S.R.) 600) to Williamson Boulevard. This study will also evaluate improvements to the Tomoka River bridge and the Interstate 95 (I-95) interchange (exit 265).

The purpose for this PD&E study is to accommodate existing and future travel demand and improve safety on LPGA Boulevard and the I-95 interchange. The PD&E study will evaluate a range of improvements, known as alternatives, and their potential impacts and enhancements to the natural, social, cultural and physical environments. Public involvement and agency coordination will take place throughout the study process.

The PD&E study began in October 2021 and is anticipated to take 22 months to complete.

The alternatives open house for this project was held on February 28, 2023. Please see the meeting information in the files below.
