The purpose of this project is to resurface the eastbound lanes of International Speedway Boulevard (U.S. 92/S.R. 600) from North Alabama Avenue to east of Kepler Road.

Additional safety improvements include widening turn lanes, making minor drainage improvements, adding new sidewalk to close existing gaps, and enhancing intersection lighting.  The project will also include access management improvements just east of Kepler Road.
