About

The improvements under this contract consist of milling and resurfacing I-95 from Airport Road in Volusia County to the Flagler County line. Work also includes new roadway markings and highway signs, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) components to improve safety, mobility, and efficiency.

Lane Closures
  • Sunday - Saturday, 7 p.m. - 8 a.m., single and double lane closures on northbound and southbound I-95 between Airport Road and the Flagler county line for paving operations.

  • The Northbound I-95 on-ramp from U.S. 1 will be closed, Tuesday, May 11 from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. for paving operations.  Detour information below. (Wednesday, May 12 will be used as an alternate date for inclement weather)

    • Motorists on northbound U.S. 1 will turn right on Broadway Ave. and left on Old Dixie Highway to northbound I-95. 
    • Motorists on southbound U.S. 1 will turn left on Broadway Ave. and left on Old Dixie Highway to northbound I-95. 

    Sunday - Saturday, 7 p.m. - 8 a.m., single and double lane closures on northbound and southbound I-95 between Airport Road and the Flagler county line for paving operations.
