436360-1 S.R. 40 Black Bear Trail Corridor Planning Study

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) conducted a Corridor Planning Study that evaluated a multi-use trail along State Road 40 (S.R. 40) from Levy Hammock Road to U.S. 17, a distance of approximately 27 miles. The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate alternatives that can be carried forward to the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study phase of project development. The Corridor Planning Study was completed in April 2019. Project documents are available upon request as archived content – for historical or research use only.
