About
This project calls for widening State Road (S.R.) 501 (Clearlake Road) from three lanes to four lanes from south of Michigan Avenue to north of Otterbein Avenue, and from two lanes to four lanes from north of Otterbein Avenue to west of Industry Road. The proposed typical section will be a four-lane divided roadway with curb and gutter, with accommodation for shared use paths on both sides.
The PD&E Study was approved in March 2026. Design is ongoing. The project is not yet funded for right of way acquisition or construction. Please check this website regularly for updates. Project documents, meeting announcements, and other important information will be uploaded as it becomes available.
