Traffic Advisory: Nighttime Ramp Closures Planned for Southbound S.R. 401 at S.R. 528 in Brevard County
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists are advised that the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will implement overnight closures on the ramp from southbound State Road (S.R.) 401 to westbound S.R. 528, beginning Sunday, June 8, through Thursday, June 12. The closures are necessary for paving operations.
The ramp will close as early as 6 p.m. each night and is scheduled to reopen by 4 a.m. the following morning.
Detour information:
Motorists traveling southbound on S.R. 401 who wish to access westbound
S.R. 528 should follow signage to the westernmost bridge toward westbound S.R. 528, use the access road on the east side to reach the eastbound S.R. 528 on ramp, and then make a U-turn on eastbound S.R. 528 at George King Boulevard to head west. Please see attached detour map.
