Motorists can expect intermittent inside and outside lane closures northbound S.R. 401 from S.R. 528 to Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
These closures are needed for paving activities.
FDOT encourages all roadway users to drive, walk and ride with caution and courtesy!

Sunday, June 8, to Thursday, June 12, from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the following morning: Motorists can expect overnight closures on the ramp from southbound State Road (S.R.) 401 to westbound S.R. 528. The closures are necessary for paving operations.
Detour information:
Motorists traveling southbound on S.R. 401 who wish to access westbound S.R. 528 should follow signage to the westernmost bridge, use the access road on the east side to reach the eastbound S.R. 528 on-ramp, and then make a U-turn at King George Boulevard to head west.

- 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

- Eastbound I-4 under S.R. 528
- Westbound I-4 exit ramp to eastbound S.R. 52810 p.m. – 6 a.m.
- 6/15/25 is a “swing” date. Depending on their progress next week, they will either have the full westbound I-4 detour or the full eastbound I-4 detour, but not both.
