The purpose of this project is to enhance safety by adding a directional median at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Main Street in Micco, FL, Brevard County. The addition of a directional median will reduce vehicle conflict points, which reduces the possibility of crashes with severe injury. The directional median will prohibit motorists on Main Street from making a left turn onto northbound U.S. 1.
