A traffic services study conducted by the Department has determined that a new crosswalk is warranted near the intersection of State Road (SR) A1A and River Woods Boulevard in Melbourne Beach. This improvement is expected to enhance pedestrian safety and improve overall intersection operations.

The design and construction of the crosswalk will be carried out under the Traffic Operations Pushbutton Program.
