The project located at the intersection of US 1 Northbound at Palmetto Street and Pine Street in Titusville is designed to improve overall safety and traffic operations. A traffic services study conducted by the Department concluded that pedestrian crossing enhancements are warranted at this location. As part of the program, the scope of work includes installing pedestrian crossing improvements from Palmetto Street to Pine Street within the intersection area.
