This project intends to enhance at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard (State Road 436) and University Boulevard/Scarlet Road in Orange County. The project proposes to rebuild the existing traffic signal, including new mast arm pole and new signal heads that will be more visible for drivers and better aligned with the travel lanes.

The project also plans to create high-visibility crosswalks and reconstruct sidewalk curb ramps in accordance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
