This project plans to resurface State Road (S.R.) 44 from West Main Street to west of Taffy Lane in Leesburg. Five-foot-wide bicycle lanes will be provided on both sides of the roadway from West Main Street to Caballo Road. The project will also include enhanced lighting at the West Main Street intersection and reconstruction and upgrades of pedestrian curb ramps.
