This project intends to mill and resurface U.S. 441 from Mills Street to College Drive and introduce various safety measures to help manage speed and improve pedestrian and bicycle facilities. This corridor has been identified as a Safe Strides to Zero corridor as part of statewide efforts to reduce fatalities and serious injuries on its roadways and accommodate all roadway users.
