447699-1 S.R. 405 Corridor Study

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) conducted a corridor study for State Road (S.R.) 405 (South Street/Columbia Boulevard) from north of S.R. 50 to east of U.S. 1, a distance of approximately 5.4 miles within the City of Titusville and Brevard County.

The purpose of the S.R. 405 Corridor Study was to determine the need for, and potential impacts of, widening the road from two to four lanes. The corridor study considered surrounding land use, future growth, and potential impacts to the study area to determine the location and conceptual design of potential improvements.
