The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is adding traffic signals at the intersection of State Road 50 (East Colonial Drive) at Oberry Hoover Road. In addition, the median will be reconstructed to accommodate two new pedestrian crosswalks. Other improvements include new pedestrian features to comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and FDOT standards.

The proposed modifications will enhance the overall safety and operations at the intersection. These improvements will also facilitate pedestrian crossing activity.
