This project converted the Daryl Carter Parkway overpass, between Central Florida Parkway and State Road (S.R.) 535, into a diverging diamond interchange. The interchange gives motorists an alternate route to reach retailers and restaurants in the Lake Buena Vista area. Three new ramps connecting Interstate 4 (I-4) to Daryl Carter Parkway were opened on July 19: exit ramps from both directions of I-4 to Daryl Carter Parkway and an entrance ramp to eastbound I-4. Project includes drainage improvements for Big Sand Lake, project 441113-3. The project began in 2022 and reached completion in September 2025.
