The purpose of this project is to replace and re-align the existing drainage culvert on U.S. 1 in Rockledge. The project limits run south on U.S. 1 from Topsail Drive to Ernest Sands Road. Once complete, the new drainage structure will reduce flooding in the area during and after heavy rainfalls. Additional improvements include milling and resurfacing, new guardrail and pavement markings.
