About
The Hicks Avenue Extension Project built a new section of Hicks Avenue between Gore Street and Anderson Street to the north. The project included the construction of two roundabouts at the intersections between Hicks Avenue and Carter and Conley Streets. New on-street parking and sidewalks were added as well.
