The Hicks Avenue Extension Project comprises the building of a new section of Hicks Avenue between Gore Street and Anderson Street to the north. The project also includes the construction of two roundabouts at the intersections between Hicks Avenue and Carter and Conley streets. New on-street parking and sidewalks will be constructed as well.
