The County Road (C.R.) 46A (H.E. Thomas Parkway) and Rinehart Road intersection improvement project increased traffic efficiency and reduced congestion onto the Interstate 4 (I-4) and C.R. 46A interchange. The enhancements increased capacity at the intersection by modifying select existing turn lanes and adding new turn lanes. Construction began in fall of 2023 and reached completion in September 2025.
