This project calls for widening State Road (S.R.) 19 from two lanes to four lanes from County Road (C.R.) 48 to C.R. 561 and the addition of a new bridge over Little Lake Harris. By the time this project is complete, there will be two bridges over little Lake Harris.

Bicycle and pedestrian facilities will also be included as part of the widening. Also, this project includes four additional water retention ponds intended to be added to collect the water from the new roadway.
