ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists are advised that left turn lanes at the intersection of Old Highway 441 (County Road 500A) and Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441) in Mount Dora will be closed daily from Monday, June 23, through Friday, June 27, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., as crews install drainage. The following closures will be in effect:

·       The southbound left turn lane on Old Highway 441 will be closed, restricting direct access to northbound Orange Blossom Trail.

·       The northbound left turn lane on Orange Blossom Trail will also be closed, preventing direct access to northbound Old Highway 441.

Detour information (see attached detour map):

·       Motorists on southbound Old Highway 441 who wish to turn north onto Orange Blossom Trail should instead travel south on Orange Blossom Trail and follow the posted detour signs to make a U-turn at the designated median opening.

·       Motorists on northbound Orange Blossom Trail who wish to turn north onto Old Highway 441 should continue to Stoneybrook Hills Parkway and follow the posted detour signs to make a U-turn, then proceed south on Orange Blossom Trail to turn right onto Old Highway 441.
