SunRail Riders with Yellow SunCards can Claim their Cash
ORLANDO, Fla. – SunRail is committed to providing the best in customer service, which includes reminding riders to upgrade their expired yellow SunCards.
As part of SunRail’s 2024 fare system upgrade, which allowed for improved convenience with mobile ticketing and faster transaction times, yellow SunCards no longer function for fare payments. SunRail is working within the community to reach anyone with a yellow SunCard, encouraging them to transfer to a new account and rediscover SunRail or request a refund.
Anyone with a yellow SunCard can visit www.SunRail.com to sign in or create a new account to make the upgrade, or contact SunRail Customer Service at 855-RAIL-411 (855-724-5411) or by email at Info@SunRail.com for assistance. The Customer Service Center is open 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
