Ormond Beach, Fla. – West Granada Boulevard (State Road 40) at the railroad crossing between North Perrott Drive and North Thompson Creek Road will close for approximately four days beginning as soon as early Saturday morning, April 10. The closure, which is expected to remain in place until Tuesday, April 13, will allow crews to perform upgrades and maintenance work at the crossing.

Traffic will be detoured to Nova Road (State Road 5A). Motorists should follow posted detour signs and slow down near the work zone.

Construction times and schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or other circumstances.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is providing project support to Florida East Coast Railway, LLC so they can safely conduct the work.
