Revised: Multiple Detours Affecting I-4, I-95, U.S. 92 in Daytona

As Part of the I-95 Widening, Interchange Reconstruction

Daytona Construction activities will require various temporary nighttime detours and ramp closures along Interstate 95 (I-95) northbound, State Road (S.R.) 400 (Beville Road), Interstate 4 (I-4) and both directions of U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) on select nights next week. Closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Closures and detours will be well marked. Drivers are advised to slow down, and follow the detour signs through construction zones. Closures and detours include:

I-4 eastbound ramp to I-95 southbound: Sunday with Monday as a backup

• Traffic will be directed to the I-4 exit 129 towards U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) to I-95 southbound

S.R. 400 (Beville Road) to I-4 westbound closes Tuesday - CANCELLED

I-95 northbound: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

• Traffic will be directed to exit 256 towards S.R. 421 (Dunlawton Avenue/Taylor Road) west to Williamson Boulevard north to S.R. 400 (Beville Road)

I-95 southbound ramp to I-4 westbound: Wednesday

• Traffic will be directed to exit 261B towards U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) west. If exit 261B is missed, take exit 260A towards S.R. 400 (Beville Road) to Williamson Boulevard north to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) west

U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) eastbound and westbound: Thursday

• I-95 southbound to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) eastbound traffic: Take Exit 260A towards S.R. 400 (Beville Road) to Williamson Boulevard north
• U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) eastbound traffic: Take Tomoka Farms Road south to Bellevue Avenue to Williamson Boulevard north
• I-95 northbound to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) westbound traffic and U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) westbound traffic in general: Take Williamson Boulevard south to Bellevue Avenue west to Tomoka Farms Road north

U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) westbound ramp to I-95 northbound: Next Sunday

• Traffic will be directed to Tomoka Farms Road north to LPGA Boulevard

 

Please note the closures may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be available on the Florida Department of Transportation's Central Florida website, http://www.CFLRoads.com.
