This is a capacity improvement project. SR 423 John Young Parkway will be widened from a 4-lane to a 6-lane urban facility. Other improvements includes drainage, sidewalks, signals, signing, and two new pond facilities.  

Working towards developing 60% Design Plans. Project is currently funded for ROW not for Construction.
