This is a project to enhance safety on U.S. 17-92 (North Main Street/North Orange Blossom Trail) between U.S. 192 (Vine Street) and West Hilda Street. Proposed improvements consist of constructing concrete traffic separators in the median at the West Cypress Street intersection, and south of the Tremont Avenue intersection. A mid-block pedestrian refuge island is also proposed between Hilda Street and Ridgewood Avenue, in front of the hospital.  

A public hearing was held to present the improvements in November 2018.
