About
This project has been completed. The information on this webpage is archived for reference and research purposes.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is repaved a nearly seven mile segment of U.S. 1 (State Road (S.R.) 5) from north of Palm Coast Parkway to south of the St. Johns County line in Palm Coast to extend the lifespan of the existing roadway. Additional improvements included minor drainage enhancements, updated roadway signage, and pavement markings. In addition, the in-ground sensors located at the weigh station were replaced. Please note that this project did not include work on the roundabouts at the West Matanzas Woods Parkway and Old Kings Road intersections.
Project documents are available upon request for historical reference.
