About
The improvements under this contract consist of fender system restoration below non-moveable bridges related to damage caused by Hurricane Matthew. Missing or damaged boards and wales on the fender system will be replaced. The fender system is similar to highway guardrails and protects the bridge piers from boats traveling through the channel.
