About
The improvements in this contract call for concrete repairs and installation of a post-tensioning system on Pier 8 of the S.R. 40 (Granada Boulevard) bridge over the Halifax River (Bridge No. 790132).
The contractor is constructing a coffer dam around the pier to allow the channel to remain open at all times. However, boaters are asked to use caution around the stationary barge moored next to the work area.
