The project limits extend from Pleasant Hill Road to Florida's Turnpike in Osceola County, Florida. The study area is bordered by Marigold Avenue on the west, Kissimmee Park Road on the north, Florida's Turnpike on the east and the Osceola/Polk County Line on the south.
